We got new honey jars and labels for our honey! All our honey is produced and harvested from homeowner’s backyards within a 10 mile radius of our primary apiary in beautiful Belle Isle, Florida. This makes our local honey really locally sourced from Belle Isle, Pine Castle and Tangelo Park neighborhoods.

Jillibees Apiary is proud to announce that our Spring harvest is now available for sale. Our girls worked hard this Spring to provide over 200 lbs (18 gallons) of the most delicious raw unfiltered Wildflower honey in Belle Isle. Our apiaries are located at homes throughout the Belle Isle Community and are not moved; the honey is created from your flowers. We sell 1/2 lb. For $10 and 1 lb. For $20. May 1, 2021: Trying Shou Sugi Ban on Roof and Bottom Board
We’re trying out a new technique for our roofs and bottom boards. It’s called Shou Sugi Ban. We burn the wood to help preserve. We also use tung oil on them when finished. The last pic show a contrast between our normal hive and the shou sugi ban hive. Special thanks to Hanna for the idea. Let us know what you think.
