We spun over 50 lbs (5 gallons) of Spring Honey!! Thick, amber colored, Artesian goodness!!
June 11, 2020: Bee Rescue from the Base of a Tree
We were contacted to remove a colony that had set up their home in the base of an oak tree in their front yard. I went over and smoked and vacuumed them out of the tree. I brought the bees back and set them up in Jillibees Apiary. There were over 40,000 bees in the bottom of that tree.
