Brad and I rescued another colony today. This one was under a shed and Brad had to pull up the floor to get the whole colony with comb, brood, honey and the Queen! Thermal imaging helped us locate the colony.
26 November 2019: Our First Bee Relocation
Our first request to relocate bees came from the Windward Condo Complex on Lake Conway. We went to investigate, vacuum them up with our bee vac, remove all the comb and bring them back safely to Jillibees Apiary.
November 24, 2019: Honey Harvest Cleanup
After the honey is harvested, we take the frames, extractor, containers or anything else that has honey on it and give it to the bees. It takes several hours but they will take the honey back to their hives.
